Anyone know what would be causing this?

I don't understand what it means by 'template'

Well, I guess that in one of the INI files there's a reference to KoreaPropogandaCenter, but that object doesn't exist (probably because it's spelled propAganda). So do a search for "KoreaPropogandaCenter" through your files and you'll find it.
