i could only find 2 skins to d/l(jcb dozer and the raf raptor) i was wondering how do i make my own?

if youre just looking to edit the skins in the game, just repaint the parts of the skin you want to change.

Otherwise you'd need to open the model, look at the uv map, and then paint onto that.
