Default small questions? needs answers!

Okey i just have some small questions.

1. You can add this to the weapon.ini (if you have ZH)
ShockWaveAmount = 35.0
ShockWaveRadius = 50.0
ShockWaveTaperOff = 0.40

But what does ShockWaveTaperOff mean i don't get it!? (yes i checked the INI's but still don't get it)

2. Like with the A10 thunderbolt strike, how can i make the cameo's change when they are upgraded? Or is this just hardcoded?

3. What does the ''ENUM = (whatever)'' mean in the specialpower.ini and are these names hardcoded?

1. What I think it means is when the shockwave gets to its radius size it tapers off so far. so a unit in that area would not get the full effect unlike the unit in the radius close to the center of the radius. That is what I think anyway.

2: look at the command buttons, there's code that gets a particular button (1 button for each rank) to require a particular special power

3: yes, it's hardcoded. It's similar to the type= parameter in RA2 and TS.

Regarding 2.

Yes i looked into the commandbuttons.

It said at the science tag that this would change the buttons.

But how would i apply this because i can't really find what they mean.

And when i look into the science ini where they refer to i can't find a cameo.

ENUM is hardcoded and is used mainly to instantiate the relevant EVA voice to warn you about them. Not all of them are hooked up.

The others have pretty much been explained here

Thx Deezire, now i know what enums are and probaly what taperoff thing means but what about those commandbuttons i used search but coundn't find it.

I am starting to think you guys aint got an answer

If any of you do plz show me the piece of code or email it to me (an example that is tested and actually works).

I would really apreciate this but so far i can't get it to work :S

If I understand this correctly, you want the SpecialPower A10 strikes have those
ShockWaveAmount = 35.0
ShockWaveRadius = 50.0
ShockWaveTaperOff = 0.40
right?

Hell no mishkin it where 3 different stand alone questions with nothing related to each other except that its from ZH.

I just want to be able to switch the cameo of a specialpower when it gets upgraded, like the daisycutter changes its cameo to the B2 bomber and the spectre gunship gets a tiny cameo change every time you upgrade it to another level.

I want to be able to upgrade that cameo that initiates the attack, but i can't seem to find the answer does any experienced mod maker have that answer? Deezire?
