You know how the A10 fires vulcan guns out of its front mounted gun?

Well, I gave it a laser weapon instead of vulcan rounds, but the laser fires from the back of the plane.

How do I make it so the laser will fire out of the frount mounted gun? I know it has something to do with firing holes and maybe the FX.INI

Can anybody help me out here...

I'm not sure but it sounds like a boning problem ? Also, are you sure that the lasers are coming out the back or is it just that as the plane moves, they stay in the same place?

Can you post a screenshot? From what you've described it sounds like either the models bone or it may be the speed of the aircraft makes the laser seem like its firing from the back...

have a feeling its the speed thing but a screenshot would help. if it is, then u could just move the bones a little forward on the A10 model. a little cheap, but what works works.....

Personally i think he has the bone's mixed up.

You need to look at the paladin point defense laser and how the combination of bone's work.

Anyway a screenshot says a thousand words :/

lasers need a publicly declared bone... look in the Factionunit for generals and under weapons.ini for Zero Hour....
