Default Instant buildings or special power cost

Hello there,

I'm quite new to cncg modding but already have a few advanced questions. Is there a way to build structures instantly without a dozer kicking it? I know I could realize it the same way the GLA sneak tunnel is coded but this way I'd run into other questions like:

- can a special power be made to cost a certain amount of $
- can a special power be made inactive by conditions (existing building)

Hmm, there is another thing, that would be interesting to know. Other people have told me it isn't possible but I might as well ask again. I've noticed, if a stealthed unit manages to kill another unit in one hit, then the attacker stays stealthed. Any workarounds?

No, you can't build without kicking the dozer ! Only like the sneak attack code with OCL it's possible !

Second question: yes you can ! Make a upgrade to be needed by the special power to be able to fire !
Third question: only be the upgrade way !
Fourth one: change the following lines for the stealth mode and look when the attacker is visible (should be always visible when firing primary weapon in this example !

I see, so thats a "no" for me because I'd like to have a cost for everytime I use this power. Much like building a true structure.

Actually that's exactly the problem. "FIRING_PRIMARY" and "IS_FIRING_WEAPON" does NOT reveal the attacker if he kills the target in one shot. Ok, then I'll take that as a second "no" and forget about that idea.

Why not removing the upgrade with OCL's or if you use ZH with RemoveUpgrade Tag ???

And why not set down th 2000 ms to a lower number ???

Thanks for the hint. I'll look into this. Didn't know that tag.

Edit: Hmm, can't find one single entry in all the ini files with "RemoveUpgrade". Could you be bothered to give an example of where to find one such tag? Kannst gerne auf Deutsch antworten, wenn du willst.
