I would say that RVMECH is the best one here in the community. I have seen some of his maps, they are the best and w/ proper or even better AI support for Skirmish games.

I've seen a tutorial on modling by PROCLONE, a skinning tutorial by HENFORD, could you make/release a detailed but simple tutorial on "AI Script Editing" using WB? I know there's a map making tutorials on CnCDen but AI Script Editing is diff. I hope you can make one.
