it's a way point. When u create one, you can choose in a drop down box, which name it should has or just create a new. There are names like PlayerStart1 and so on. That' all

You need to be using a screen res of greater than 800x600. There seems to be a problem with that box if you use a smaller resolution. Otherwise, look at the tutorial I posted for all the details.
