Default Need Help On Linking My Tank! PLZ HELP!

hey all, i have modeled and skinned a tank i made from the tuts at www.killasmods.strategy-x.com . on on the seting up tank for generals tut. well, i seeme to have 1 more part than they have. i got a turret,barrel01,teamcolor,tread01,tread02,chassis, body . they dont have the body, which is the part on my model that is under the chassis, but above the treads. its sitting on the treads. and the chassis is linked with the turret. can some1 help me on what im post to do? its very confsuing. THANX!

The chassis, body and tracks dont have to be linked to anything.
The turret has to be linked to the chassis and the barrel to the turret. If the housecolor is on the turret it needs to be linked to the turret, if it's on the barrel it needs to be linked to the barrel, etc.

I think that's right.

so, the treads,body,and chassis dont need to be linked to anything? then when the tank moves, only the treads would move than right!? and in-game, the skin of my tank like flings all over the model. the skin just rotates around it, it wont stay where it is supposed to be! but try to help me with fixing the model first plz! and thx for ur help so far Daz!

u need to link the moving parts except the tracks , so in most cases the turret and the barrels need to be linked all the rest not
