How can I make it that all usa can build??? Please Help

Go into commandset.ini and put this line under every USA war factory.

5 = Command_ConstructAmericaVehiclePaladin

You can also change the number, it doesn't really matter, all the #s do is tell what spot the button is.

That does give me the icon but it is greyed out.

You also need to edit the Paladin, and remove the Prerequisite science. That'll make it always buildable.
