Default Rudder/Elevator

The Helix has a few new locomotor tags. Has anyone a clue what they actually do? At first I had hopes there would be Conditionstates that match this, but helas no...

RudderCorrectionDegree = 0.169
RudderCorrectionRate = 0.027
ElevatorCorrectionDegree = 0.103
ElevatorCorrectionRate = 0.016

Just a guess but they sound like maneuvering movement dampeners, something so the unit turns (rudder=yaw, elevator=pitch) before it actually changes traveling direction. Giving them values closer to 1 might reveal exactly what they do?
