Default Tech Units?

Hi,
Are tech units possible? Also, could you make a tech buidling that trains new units when captured?
I've got a few ideas that I'm toying with and would like to know if it will be possible...

Shouldn't be a problem, just make the building have the production buttons and such, and make sure it has a production update, and you're golden. You could even have the grant upgrade for when it's captured, to add the new buttons (CS upgrade )

Tech units are easily possible, give the unit a FireWeaponUpdate on a 1 round weapon which doesn't autoreload and applies KILL_PILOT damage in a 1.0 radius around the unit, then you'll be able to send troops into the unit to capture it
