Is there a way of paying for each time you want to use a superweapon. For example, you want to fire your A-10, instead of having them always, you have to pay a certain amount to be able to fire them. And is it posible to get money instead of points when you get to a higher rank?

That actually sounds really good but they would have to be expensive and it would still be nice to have to reach a certain rank to be able to use the purchaseable weapons like the A-10 strikes because you dont want someone sending a level 3 A-10 strike to start off a game.

sweet idea but the only way i would know how to do it is to make and A-10 strike like a buyable unit. add it to the strategy center and then make it take however long you want to have between airstrikes, to "create" the airstrike. but that sort of ruins the point of making it buyable

I did this once, using upgrades. Have an upgrade trigger a commandset switch, where the upgrade costs money and the switch occurs, removing the upgrade button and leaving the SW button in its place... If you use drones to remove the upgrade then it can be repeated. However, you will get the "unit destroyed" thing, so its not perfect. I dont know if this can be better implemented into zero hour, maybe the dozer switch code can help?
