If your gonna "borrow" other peoples stuff make sure it fits the 3d shadow system of the sage engine.

If I remember correctly, didn't a guy named Destiny lead that mod? If it was him, that mod sucked. The skins and models didn't compare to what LOFS has produced. Besides, still going on the premise that it was infact Destiny, he had a download page with models all over it anyway.

FYI, many mod teams who include an Apache in their mod use the one from Renegade. It's easy money, if you will.

Also, the LOFS team has been extremely busy with school and like Uni said above, they don't speak sufficient English to rip other people's work. In addition to that, have any of you ever stopped to think that maybe they did a lot of work before going public with it? Doesn't sound like a bad idea. This way your ass is covered and you don't starve the fans.

Any way i had a look in gmax and compared the model TTc T80 with the one from LOFS the models.
Only differents is the wierd plow in front of it otherwise polycount is almost identical +100 polys ~1600

HAHA, they did jack shit on there own for the mod, not to mention, it doesn't take english skills to rip someones elses work, you just gotta know how to get it. In the last release, all of there skins were the battlemaster, or some other chinese unit, with the new light green camo thrown ontop, very poorly at that. They left obvious signs of the originoal skin, that were just ugly, not to mention the skins were applied like shit.

Lets examine the culprits of crap.


hey look, they now have the common decency to cover the entire skin with one color! Congragulations, your a step out of the whole, but you still got a long ways to go. Notice now youv'e got camo running over plates, they continue to have poorly applied skins, and theres no definition between plates. It looks like some color with some lines on it.

Look at that F-15 or I think it is. Look, you didn't even finish the model properly, vertices are still left open on it, so you see the shadow on the wing, how much you wan't to bet it leaves a shadow trailing from the gound to the plane in the sky when it flys? Now the skins. There shit. theres no detail whatsoever, atleast the F-16 has some extra lines on it, the F-15 is mostly just white with some Insignias on it.

Questions have been raised in the past about the originality of ideas, but then again it isn't unheard of for more than one person to think of the same thing.

All our models and skins have been produced by people that have at one time or another been a member of the NOVA modding team. We use that work because it was created for the MOD. Anything else we use is with the express permission of the authors and full credit is given for it.

Please do not attempt to discredit a hardworking team of individuals, thank you.
