WND Editor Help Needed

I am trying to edit the control bar to be a side bar just like in RA2 but I am having alot of trouble using DeeZire's WND editor since i cant tell what I am moving and if a barely click on the edge of a button it stretches out the side i clicked on which is a very pain since there is no undo. If anyone knows an easier way to edit a wnd orhow to use the WND editor any help would be appreciated.

i dont think you can move the control bar to the side? i think there are certain things like the generals promotion thing that are hardcoded, but im not sure, since i dont mod generals, ive just heard from other modders' experiments and experiences

I am trying thats all since I wanna see ff I can get it to work. One Prob I might run into would be the black at the bottom of the screen where the control bar is but dunno yet since I havent finished my control bar yet.

I got it here. In download sections the file is called Generals Editing Tools.

I hand edit everything. Does Deezire's WND editor work for the controlbar?

It works for it as far as I know since I am able to edit. Hard part for making a side bar is the timer menu and the power bar unless you can make them go up and down.
