Default super weapon zero hour modding

could someone please tell me what i need to do so i could give china the usa super weapon spy drone.

look at the usa commandcenter in fationbuildings.ini

then add the icon in commandset.ini to the respective building you want

yes. i want to give the tank gerneral the usa spy drone, but im not sure what to look for as everything i have tried doesnt work
