All it needs is a skin and some construction animations. I am planning on finishing the animations by this week, but I am not able to do the skinning because I do not have PhotoShop or anything like it. Anyone who wants to give it a skin can email me and I will try and give it to you by the end of the week.

Thanks, I just made it because I felt like it.
Maybe after it is done, I will try to code it.

It would be nice if someone would.
Right now it is a little octogonal and hexagonal.

I used a screen shot of RA2 then zoomed in on a prism tower, inorder to produce a more acurate model.

(BTW, it may just be me, but I thought the top 'block' where the beam comes from was taller?)

I think you may be right about the top. Now that I have compared them together I can see a difference and I will fix it, which will be rather easy. I love editable meshes.
