Does anybody know how to increase the number of generals points you start out with?

Change the number allocated at Rank1 in Rank.INI or add the IntrinsicSciencePurchasePoints= line for specific sides in PlayerTemplate.INI.

yea as opals said, use notepad...

Just change the 1, into whatever else you want...any number would do (even 999999999...although for testing, I typically just use 100)

Any other word proscessor will work, but Notepad is basic and loads faster, and since you don't need any fancy stuff, it will get the job done.
