Default edit in game models

how can i import and edit generals models like humvee???
i know how to use and create models but i cant find a way to open models and were to find them

using GMAX and RENX gamepack, but i dont know how to model

If you use XCC mixer to find the file you have made an alterante model for. Then create a directory with the same one as the origional folder then place the model in it. For exapmle for a shellmap you create a folder called Maps in the Generals folder on you hard drive then a folder in that called ShellMapmd and place the shell map file it that folder.

lol you got confused of wut he was talkin bout dawg

k first go here www.cncden.com or gendev website and look under the gen editin section for the tools to download, get the final big, lastest version.

Then go to the ZH/Gen directory that you've installed into, search for a file called W3DZH.BIG (.big might not appear) then click, windows will ask for how to open the program, then choose select program from a list then click ok, then a window appear, search for the browse button and point it to the tool that you've downloaded from the website i've mentioned above (finalbig and such, anything that opens and extract big files) then select it. Use the program to extracts the models from the BIG file i've told, use RENX in GMAX to open the files or the XCC mixer.

im confused i though he was talking about editing models not .big files
