I want to drop a quality ICBM on someone. Most of the other mods I've tried seem to launch Chinese nukes out of the ICBM launcher.

I have played more than one Mod that launches ICBM's that arent nuke,but more like Mother Of All Bombs! And one were it was a nuke without radiation! many of these Mods also enable Tomahawk Storms! Have you tried ZH Reborn V.3.0? It's one of the best Mods I have ever seen! It adds 6 new Generals and lots of new stuff for the other sides(LOTS)! However there are many bugs in 3.0 that werent in the other versions,like some new units are invisible,their cameo's are just pink,and the Napalm Strike doesnt work! But it is only in this version you get the last 3 generals,even though the USA Commander in Chief cant use his Generals abilities(major bug).But he has ION Cannon,B3 Spirits etc! This Mod is really great!you can only get it at www.generalsfiles.com!
