Hmm... I'm not going to throw out any wild acusations I'll simply show you guys some images and you draw your own conclusions.

Here's a Harrier the LOFS team supposedly made:


Here's a Harrier made for Second Wave a long time ago by killakanz and tanka and boned by me:


See anything strange? I thought so... Notice missile were added to the LOFS one and that they have a visible bone on theres. I know I also bone that way with poly green spheres that arent actual gmax bones. A W3D importer would reset the export geometry option causes them to be visible if export by a sloppy person.

I hope somebody proves me wrong here and that this a HUGE coincidence.

lol, I was thinking of putting the people involved in a sack and stuffing it into an tanka turret and then firing BTW click here for a bigger image of the LOFS harrier. You can see the bone they left visible and that the skin was slightly altered by sloppily appliyng a grey brush over the wings to get rid of the line.

There are more differences! Theres are lighter grey then yours,and they have blue instead of white lines on the back of the plane! Also,on the front of your plane,on one side,the color is kind of brown,while theirs is still grey on that side.They also have a shorter tailfin on theres than yours!
But it can still be a rippof of yours though,off course!.......................I have to say it!I know I shouldnt,and that it has nothing to do with the point here,but I have to! Theirs just look SO much better!! Noticed that while I was looking fore differences!

Really, I think there skin is BAD. Theres no detail in it at all. Its really loks like a rip to me. The actual model is almost exactly the same. Curves are running in the exact same postition and everything. There skin looks like crap though, although, they both need improvment.

Yeah, I mean this is a no-brainer.

Oh well, maybe if they apologize to you, you can let them keep the model. I know that must have took some work, and it is just crap, when someone takes that from you, puts on a couple of new missiles, and claims it as their own.

But, even when there's a single difference, that is not the same model anymore.

They are guilty, but not to the full extent.

Thats one of the easiest things to change in gmax. Its just a housecolor...
