I looked at those. The problem is that its not an ability given off by the strategy center, its just launched from it. It's the same as every other generals ability.

So does ANYBODY know how to do this? I'm getting desperate, I want to release the next version by the end of this week :cry:
EDIT: Through digging around I've found that the carpet bomb isn't actually an ability drawn from the strategy center it seems, just a generals ability thats granted upon start, and is used from strat.
EDIT2: Azad0r discovered that all the charge-ups are powered through WeaponObject, so if you make it set to StartsActive = No then it will charge first. However, There's only 2 carpet bombers there, China and USA. I created a new one for Airforce, but I don't know how to link it to the carpet bomb ability itself. I just need to make the USAF carpet bomb use the Airf_CarpetBomb instead of CarpetBomb. Both come from WeaponObjects.
