Nope, leave it as-is. Make the radius damage on the
weapon itself affect only ENEMIES. The beauty of this is that if any of your own units get too close to the smoke, they too will suffer a range penalty which not only balances it a little but is more realistic. If youre clever, you'll time the BonusDuration to match the system lifetime of the smoke particle system and the BonusRange to match the radius of the smoke particle system too
And no, you cant create your own weapon bonus conditions Chriz, theyre hardcoded Im afraid, but that one is 'spare' as its never used.
