Default importing W3D files into gmax?

Is there a converter for converting W3D files into Gmax files? I'm assuming W3D files are the 3D objects such as tanks etc in generals.

GenDev has 3 http://gendev.origin-network.net/paf...=category&id=3

You also need RenX installed, and launch Gmax from the RenX shortcut.

I got the w3dimporter and installed the files in the gmax folder as instructed but I'm a little confused about this Renx. Do you have a web site I can get this Renx?
