That may very well be the case. The mip maps may be fuzzing (is that a word? ) up the skins because they have a lot of small detail close together. This is a problem with some Blitz 2 skins as well. They'd prolly look better if you zoomed in although they still look very good. I believe this is the reason EA chose to skin their units with a sort of cartoony style and large bold lines.

Yeah, there is "fuzzing" as you put it when zoomed out. Its probably just smaller skin sizes (as in 256X256, as opposed to 512X512 or larger). I don't know what the sizes of Smurf's skins are though...

Well, all I got to say is this project does NOT look like any Red Alert 1 mod. And I'm not saying that just because I'm part of ReGen!

Seriously though, they look like WW2 models. Some people say it's just a rip off from your another mod, blitzkrieg 2, but I never downloaded it so I wouldn't know.

Just my opinion. If I was in your place I would really reconsider this mod as being a RA1 total conversion.

At the moment of taking the screenshots, 1024x1024

And that Abrams and Su-34 clearly aren't from Blitz2.

About the "fuzzy" thing, the only thing that I know about this is that objects that are close to other objects may be "swallowed" by that object when zooming out.

it is due to the mip maps...i've tried editing them separately, but it doesn't save properly
