Default Problem with code

umm for some reason the second particle cannon wont work.....it playes yje sounds and resets the timer but no animation and no damage.....plus the normal particle cannon's sidebar shortcut pops up when you build the secondary particle uplink cannon......

If you want help, try to minimise the time people need to spend to help you.

This includes a thorough explanation of what you are trying to do, and usually the code you are using.

I want to have a second different particle cannon that works the same as the normal but functions seperatly and as a different building (as in you click a different button to build it)

tip: I want to use the same building for both attacks so the particle cannon will have 2 different attacks. Is that possible?

yeah it can be done, just that the ready animations will be kind of strange if you do it this way. that is, you will have the same ready animation/state for both the beams, and if theyre both ready and you fire one, then the ready graphical state goes away.
