Default Making tanktracks

Alright, I was just wondering how to make a good bunch of tracks for a tank, that is easy to animate, I've seen some tutorials but those tracks have more than 500 poly's EACH.

I wonder how to make low poly tracks, with an easy animating job (I'm using Gmax + RenX pack)

are you wanting to animate the geometry of the track or the texture. if its the texture you want to animate, then there is a fairly recent thread stilll around about the same trick, I believe a good set of values was posted to do it. ill try to find it and paste it here
