Default OCLs, DeliverPayload and the works

I need a little help. I need it so that Burton can use fire a weapon and an Aurora comes from the edge of the map and drops it's bomb, flying to the other edge of the map like generals powers. I used an OCL and DeliverPayload but apparently it doesnt work if you connect it to a weapon. However, I played around with the command sets and command buttons and I got it to work. But it wasn't what I wanted. I wanted Burton to actually fire his weapon so the Auroras came but not be able to fire the specialweapon from across the map. Anyone know how to do this?

Do you want burtons weapon to work like a laser designator, when he has to keep firing in the same place untill the air support fires, or did you want somehing like a beacon, where he throws down a smoke marker that the air support fire on?

I want it as a laser designator... Actually that was the original idea. The smoke marker idea is also good, but i have no idea how to implement either one!
