Default AI in Skirmish maps, help advice please

I have made a succesful map with 5 AIS skirmish only, connection is no good for online play so its the only alternative I have. Heres the problem.
China and GLA work perfect and are very hard.
When I make any player into the US it will not move.
Change it to china or gla and again no problems?
I have the Skirmish AIs setup right I believe.......
Suggestions?

I'm building Skirmish AI scripts myself and all three sides do attack quite aggressively although it you look in my thread here:

I'm still tweaking it!

How does your AIs attack? In huge numbers? Do they build decent base defenses with PowerPlants to supplement them? Does he build enough Hackers/BlackMarkets? Superweapons built - how many? Does he expand to supply sources and build defenses there?

I'm almost there and will share this with everyone to apply to their maps.

Double check the location of your supply dock. If it is too close to the border the Chinook will not approach it . If the Chinook cannot approach the supplies then the AI scripts are broken and the Ai will shut down.
