That's alright, you fixed my other problem. Maybe someone else will come along knowing how to do it. This carpet bomb has been a pain in the butt so far, first I tried making it require a gens point, but that wasn't a good idea to start with, then I tried making it have to charge before you could use it but when I finally made it so it had to charge you couldn't deploy it, and now this :P

It has to be changed to a Generals Power. It's just a superweapon that the Strat Center fires normally, so you get promoted by it.

Any advice on how to do that? I've never done that before, and I have no clue where to start!

I would try copying the paradrop and convert it to drop bombs and make the B3 the transport, and then remove it from the Strat Center.
