Default Making the Patriot ignore infantry units?

I'm trying to make the patriot to stop firing at enemy infantry units. I've changed this in the AmericaPatriotBattery (factionbuilding.ini):

PreferredAgainst = PRIMARY VEHICLE
PreferredAgainst = SECONDARY VEHICLE AIRCRAFT
PreferredAgainst = TERTIARY AIRCRAFT

... but it still fires at enemy infantry. What else can I do?

Well it will attack infantry all the time. What you did was give it a preferred target. Look at the weapon ini for a unit that does not fire at certain units. Prob is EVERYTHING I can think of fires at infantry units except maybe scorpion missle.

ona a similar note...
can you make SAM sites only fire at air units?

Yeah, just put this in your weapons code

AntiAirborneVehicle = Yes
AntiAirborneInfantry = Yes
AntiSmallMissile = No
AntiBallisticMissile = No
AntiGround = No

Just the opposite will target infantry and vehicles ...

AntiAirborneVehicle = No
AntiAirborneInfantry = No
AntiSmallMissile = No
AntiBallisticMissile = No
AntiGround = Yes

I haven't seen AntiInfantry or Antivehicle with what i've been working on, they may exist and i haven't come across them. Once i get this base defense problem ironed out i'll try them.
