It was just working fine but when I came out and change a weapon stat and went back in, I got a error message bleep at the screen where the picture of the tanks are up. (One of the loading screens) I changed the stat I changed back and tried it again and it still doesn't run. It's really frusterating when I don't know what to do. Can anybody help?

Check the Release Crash Info in the Command and Conquer Generals Data folder or Run World Builder if you have ZH

That should tell you where the problem is
