I need a job. Blasted computer only makes it out of the requrements: 1064cpu, 256 ram, 64mb Graphics card, 16mb sound card. Skimish mode moves smoothly. Single player is extremely sloppy.

Allright, back to topic. General Discussion has a thread for specs.

If you want an object to stay after it's destroyed, there's two things you can do:
You can use KeepObjectDie, which works quite well, but the object can be removed under some circumstances. For example, if you try to place a building very close to the remains of a destroyed civilian building, the remains disappear. Other things similar to this might happen, but this method is easy to use.
You could also use CreateObjectDie to make a completely new object when the unit is destroyed. This gives you a lot more control over what happens to the wreckage and how it behaves, but you pay the price of using up more system resources. So it's up to you which way you use.

I've read this topic and could the idea of a wrecker cleaning up the battlefield be possible? Or could it be possible that until you see the debris, they stay there, but at the moment you go see somewhere else, they disappear? ( I know, I'm asking a hard thing)

btw Vengence, you have a better computer than me! Maybe I have a P4 2.4Ghz, but I have an 8 mb graphic card.....................

The HTEE has a Lvl 2 Cache of 512kb (Like all standard P4's)
But also has a lvl 3 Cache of 2MB (Great for other stuff)

And how can you not of heared of Corsair Memory? Its only the best and leading brand of Ram!
