Default Is this a Photoshop Trick

Is this a Photoshop Trick or Mod,to have the camera angle almost at an above the street level view?

If not,how can i get this view in the game

It's a camera angle setting, ZH and generals both allow the camera to go at all angles during the in-game FMVs and I'm sure it could be changed for the actual game too though it may be an FMV just with the HUD still there.

But short answer, yes the camera can go like that.

You could do it through scripting. Use a special ability then change the camera angle to X degrees.

Or you could just change the relevant entries in gamedate.ini..?

The issue with the camera at that angle, is that distant models don't show their animations (they use their default positional states), the skybox isn't visible 'cos Generals maps normally don't have one (with a few exceptions) and that it makes unit selecting en mass extremely difficult to do, as selection is still based on what is selected diretly underneath the selection area - and under that angle is about 2/3rds the map!!
