No, no plans for it yet ... everybody is free to use it however ...

I think the idea is ... doable, but only as singleplayer I belive.... maybe.

"build" hookers and place them around in the city to make money (like the hacker), drug sellers work like that as well, build drug factory, steal cars, etc etc ... it can be done I belive...
