Default DrawBridges and garrisoned building abilities

Hey, I know that with map scripts and whatnot, you can in fact replicate destroyable/repairable bridges in generals. Has anyone ever thought of, or attempted to make bridges that can raise and lower?

Also,

Garrisonable civillian buildings, is there a way you can add a button, so that when the building is garrisoned, it can actually be upgraded?

Can you upgrade civilian buildings? with like a cratedrop weapon of some sort perhaps?

And as a followup question, along with my first,

Maybe if you put a building to act as a bridge repair hut, you can garrison it, and there would be 2 buttons, one would upgrade the building to repaired status, and the other could raise/lower it.

Call to Arms is doing destroyable/repairable bridges.

Drawbridges sound like a neat idea too.

I don't see why it wouldn't be possible.

I think it probably would be possible. Novel concept.

I think it probably would be possible. Novel concept - but wouldn't it crash horribly on evac?

I don't see why it would do that...it would just keep the upgrade when it was emptied.

Why would you want a civy building to upgrade? Reinforced walls and whatnot... Lots of good upgrades can be added.
