I was looking forthe same thing. I was not able to find and production update in decrease the build time. Only thing I can come up with is make 2 versions of the same object, 2nd one with lower build time, than after the upgrade change the commandset of the warfactory to a new commandset that builds the 2nd version of the same object. Just tedious cause you have to create 2 versions of EVERY vehicle but that way will definately work.

As far as I know there isn't an easy way to do that. Maybe if you made an upgrade that changed the factories' commandsets so that they now build different units (which in turn have shorter buildtimes).

OK, after looking at this topic i got a little curious. I went and tried it out, and i think the easiest way to do it is to copy the unit. this is because it involves no thought anyone with very little experience of ini coding can do it as it is only copy and paste. I am still looking into the idea of haveing an upgrade do it the way you want it to. If i get it ill let you know.
