is it possible to creat a program like the world builder for generals but easyer to use cause all my freinds are so stupid and don't know how to use it!
That would quite possibly include hundreds of hours of work if it can even be done.. Best learn to use WB by hitting my SDI sig and looking at the tutorials, in case you mean the scripting side. There's a more generic WB tutorial by RVMECH on cncden.com
Of course it CAN be done. Anything can be done if you have the programming skill and time. Hell, you could re-write Generals. I highly doubt you'll ever see anyone do this...
Yes, it is improbable, not impossible. But probably a waste of time for a single person. If a team works on something like this the release date is cut down significantly.. but a single person only has one brain and ten fingers..
