Default A Static Image Instead Of A Shellmap!?

i want a static image to be the background of the main menu for my mod....not a shellmap. it was done in the mod Blitzkrieg, so i know its possible. how can i do it? where does the picture have to be and what does it have to be named? and how does it work with different resolutions, such as do i gotta make the pic size same as each resolution? plz help., thx in adavance

Its just the -noshell command line. Just make the shortcut that launches your mod use it. As for the images name, I forget. :/

Actually we just didn't include the shellmap at all in our map.big...in that case you don't need the -noshellmap command.

u from blitzkrieg? how did u guys make ur .big files into .blitz? u made ur own filetype so peeps wouldnt still the files u guys made right? how u do that?

whats the name of the static image and where is it?

.blitz files are just renamed .big files, done so that people don't need to uninstall the mod to play zh

Just use the default gen static image...I don't know the name offhand.

how does the game read from the .blitz files then? and how do u make a shortcut to launch ur mod instead.....

I assume the blitz program renames the files to .big at runtime, and rename them back to .blitz when the program terminates. Just a guess.
