Personally, i think he is arabic, and using a chineese computer. He also *might* be speaking a cross between chineese and arabic....might be some form of a dialect in his community/town whatever. And you really need to dumb down sentences, it will make it easier to translate. example: "what nation do you reside in w888, my good chum" would be difficult to translate, this would be easier. "where you live w888" or "what country you in, w888" or something along the lines....
