i have compleaty skined bonned a model last thing left, is the pivot, and when i click on "effect pivot only" and then "align to world" it compleaty deforms my model. please peeps i been tryin to figure for an hour now, help me PLEASE
in other words everything does out of shape

My first guess is that you have multiple objects selected at once. That would do what you are talking about. (If I understand what you are talking about.)

solution:
select everything and hit the "un-link" button.
then adjust your pivot and link everything again.
