not sure exactly, but it sounds like he has modded the laser tank to fire three (although it looks like two) high powered lasers that, possibly, are unstoppable (stop table?). Maybe I can't translate

he is Chinese people and he is using a cheep Chinese to english translator, first off Chinese to English terrible anyway since the languages are set up soo differently, so to him it makes perfect sence but to us we are like wtf!?!

Yay Tomo I loved his babble and trying to decode it, but he did it on purpose this guy just doesnt know any English at all.....
