I am trying to do a very basic shell map for Paradise Lost. Basically all I did was make a new terrain texture that is the mod logo. Then I put some animated fog over it for effect. Can anyone help me set up the scripts for it to work correctly? I saw the If true then disable mouse and keyboard thing. I also need it to snap the camera to a pitch of 9.9 (basically looking straight down) and a waypoint that is over the logo. I also need help getting the game to recognize that the map is actually there. For some reason I still get the static menu screen even though it is saved in /Maps/ and entered correctly into GameData.ini
Well anyway, I got it working fine about an hour after I posted this. Except there is still one problem that I can't figure out. After you play a skirmish game and return to the skirmish menu, the mouse cursor is invisible until you exit the skirmish menu and the main menu appears. Anyone know what is causing this and/or how to solve it?

Don't forget about the Edit button Kelso, sorry if I sound like an jack arse, but im just tellin you before one of the mods does, oh wait, they never come in here :lol: . PLEASE DONT BAN ME! Anyways, about your problem, check under Cursor.ini, or maybe one of the other .ini files.
As for mous.ini, that just tells the game what cursors to use when. I'm pretty sure it is a mapping error on my part but I'm not sure what it is since I pretty much copied the scripts from the existing shell map.

Hmmmm, have you tried asking around at Sleipnir's Stuff or some of the big mods out there such as the Energy Mod or Blitzkrieg......and the other fine geniuses here at Deezire's Pro:Gen.
