Default Cloning an explosion?

I want to know if this is possible and how to go about doing it:

I"ve been playing around with the partilesystems ini an realized that the china nuke explosion is handled by the WeaponsObject ini but the Balkunor Nuke explosion is handled by the systems ini,except that even though it has the same type of blast damage code as the china nuke,you can't increase it.

How can i clone the china nuke's blast code thats in the weapons object ini and apply to the Balkunor Nuke explosion so that i will now have a Balkunor Nuke explosion blast damage code that can be changed?

The Balkunor Nuke explosion is a green nuke blast.

Well, the Baikonur Rocket just looks like a green nuke effect, so maybe just try cloning the China nuke effect, then make it green.
