Default Editing Particle systems

How can I create a new particle system for my own Ion cloud that i want to use with OCL (Object creation list)? Please post as many info as you can on editing particlesystems.ini

ok so what you want to do is make a large cloud above the ground? just that or are you aiming for an ion storm?

Yes, some blue cloud like dynamic object. Can you please take a part of real ParticleSystems or FX file and comment string by string? Thank you.

if you want a blue cloud use this code with a FXList and object to spawn it....also in the FXlist make sure you designate the height of the clouds like this Offset = X:0.0 Y:0.0 Z:200.0

particle god, how do u make plume clouds from the china nuke have big thick rings and much wider???

??? you mean as in make the mushroom cloud ring more wide as in extend from the main cloud farther? or just make it bigger in general?
