O_O FIRST SKIN! That is one awesome skin for a first, its good to see another skinner in the community *again :lol: * And also, was the real reason you posted so you could get your 401 post? 4th star/Colonel for those of you who don't know. Anyways, congratulations on the skin and the new rank.

holy crap, I do have 402 posts... or 403 after this one... grrrr... what the hell am I supposed to do with all these credits?
I'm sorry cause I thought the skin looked like crap, and was sorry to subject the community to these images... but I always see flaws in my own work that nobody else does...
hehe, don't know if I can call myself a skinner yet, but it would be nice to add skinner to my resemay, Silent_Killa: Coder, Modeller, and Skinner... sounds good to me

Wow, coder, modeller, and now the hardest part, a skinner, what is your secret Killa? Another thing i noticed, its kinda weird how the Star ranks dont match up with the Level ranks :drunk:

its is a good skin for a first go, just remember the first time you use it ingame, it may look like crap, but that just testing it out. nothing in Art is ever finished you can usually always find somewere to improve to make it more of what you want it to be.
except for sculpting, if you chip of to much its really hard to put it back, hehe.
so did you use Alpha channels to mark the HOUSECOLOR?

no, I didn't use Alpha Channels, although I wanted too... those are just a few flat polies on top of the wings
hehe, Pestilence, I'm constantly updating models, I'll probably be the same way with my skins... my Abrams was my first model that was 100% done by me and it's been updated about... erm I can't count that high, but nothing from the original is actually used
anyways, I don't think this skin is worthy of my mod, but at least I finally managed to skin my Berkut
nobody has any critism thoug? I don't mind... I'll take critism to a compliment any day (although I don't mind a complement)

ok, some criticism, i cant really tell whre the cockpit is, maybe you could either add more contrast if a cockpit is drwn or work on adding that detail so it looks a little more interesting.

My suggestion would be not to use pure black, but a very dark grey. Not completely true to the RL Berkut, but you could add detail that way. Think the unused black Aurora skin which is still in the files.
