I've edited campaign.ini and challengemode.ini, my new general can be select but can't win in first mission, so i can't continue following mission,
should i edit relative maps?

The only solution i could see would be to add an AI for him so if you face him in Challenge mode, the game won't crash, but i'm not sure if thats your problem.
you have to edit the campain.ini and you have to make a map for him, all General Challenge maps are really missions...so you have to make a mission for that gen and add it to all the other gen's map list
Is there other solutions without making a new map for my genenral?
can i just use the original map? my purpose is to use my new general challenge otiginal generals.

It IS necessary, but it doesn't HAVE to be one of the other Generals' map, just copy paste in a map that you like from the internet, or even the game *not the best idea, it wouldn't be a challenge really* or if your good at scripting, make your own, theres many people who can help you with scritpting, though i am not one of them.
I think it has to do with the victory conditions in the scripted maps. They probably refer to different players and factions than your General is. You'll very likely need to look at that.
