Default HELP. Files > Back to BIG's

Do any of the programs out now allow you to zip up your files back to a BIG archieve? Also is the file structure the same in the BIG file as to that of the bigs when extracted?

And how do you make the game run with that big file instead of reading the others? Is it a command line option
