Can u set a fire angle for example by Stationary Artillery?

but is that for the turretturn too, because i won't pitch it so that the barrel becomes vertical. i mean this -------------- (sorry i'm not a walking dictionary)

I think thats called Yaw, but i'm not sure, try looking up something with yaw and mess around with that.

Turret must be able to turn around in Generals and ZH. If you want it unrotatable, do NOT treat it as a turret.

Just give the weapon an acceptable aim delta, and it should be able to fire within a small range.

is the number of the acceptable aim delta the same as the fire angle in degrees?

Yes. It's degrees. Basically, the weapon can fire at the target if it is within +/- x degrees of the target.
