Default Right, I've got a model... now what?
Okay

I've got a GMax model... from my nice moddler, Kraken (from WarCraft 3... not from Deezire)

Anyway

I am untrained in GMax... all I know is how to view models and uhm, thats it

So I basicallly need to know about a good boning tutorial and how to name animations and stuff

And then how to write Generals object INI code relating to the building

Revora is the community site hosting killasmods :P
They're having a server move. At the moment the word is it'll all be back up friday at the earliest.
