Default Mobile ICBM launcher

my mobile ICBM launcher has 14 weeks but 6 of them wont work, do i need to make a new locomotor, im using the scud launchers one? amnd if so how and hwere cna i find them, any other ideas, ??

I don't think you can declare more than 10 tires. Take a look at the "Nuke Convoy Truck", or the "Big Rig" in the civilian faction list.

Link the doubled tires together on the model to get the same effect.

True that, Tebrey... if you wanted to cheat with more wheels, you could make it turn each "wheel" as an entire axle... which would help with the center, say, four axles... from which you can simply work out more...

You specified too many wheels. The only valid wheels are these:

LeftFrontTireBone
RightFrontTireBone
MidLeftFrontTireBone
MidRightFrontTireBone
MidLeftRearTireBone
MidRightRearTireBone
LeftRearTireBone
RightRearTireBone
You can't duplicate them either, one wheel for each entry. That's why only 8 of them work, the other 6 are duplicates of the old ones so the ones below override the ones above (the game parses it from top to bottom).

isn't there also a midleft and midright tire?

And he could cheat... by alternating a couple of the tires... like this

Essentially, you mark one side tire as the rotating tire, and then link the opposite tire to it so you get slaved movement... you just have to pray that the engine won't force the inner four tires to turn, or else it gets messy.

you lot have killed it, as for the linking the tired , through editing the w3d file my modler ask how to do it :P

link one tire to the other, like how you link the barrel to a turret. Just link straight across the model, one wheel and the next like it's on an axle. Just remember which one you should have as the master tire in the pair for coding it right and you shouldn't have a problem getting all the wheels turning
